• Orders below ₹399: Shipping Fee – ₹19
  

• Orders ₹399 and above: Free Shipping
  Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• Flat shipping fee of ₹100 on all COD orders

• Orders are processed within 24–48 working hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
  

• Delivery is typically completed within 2–7 working days, depending on your location and courier service availability.
  

• For remote or difficult-to-reach areas, delivery may take up to 10–12 days.

📦 Packaging & Tracking

• All orders are securely packed to ensure product integrity in transit.
  

• A tracking link will be shared via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.

📬 Non-Delivery or Delayed Delivery

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven't received the product:
