Return & Exchange Policy

At ME-ON Cosmetics, your satisfaction means the world to us. While we hope you love every product you receive, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here's everything you need to know about returns, refunds, and replacements.


🛍️ Can I return a product?

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns on used or opened beauty and skincare products.

However, we happily accept returns or replacements if:

  • You received a wrong item

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The item is defective or expired

  • You received an incomplete order


📦 How to request a return or replacement

Please contact our support team within 2 days of delivery with the following details:

  1. Your Order ID

  2. A clear photo and video of the item received (including outer packaging if damaged)

  3. A short explanation of the issue

Once verified, we’ll initiate:

  • A replacement (for wrong/damaged items), or

  • A refund (if the product is unavailable)


💸 Refunds: How and when?

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via your original payment method.
Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
We’ll ask for your UPI ID or bank details to process the refund securely.


🚫 What’s not eligible for return/refund?

  • Used or opened items

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Request raised after 2 days of delivery

  • Items purchased on final sale, combo offers, or with heavy discounts (unless damaged/defective)


📮 Return shipping

In most cases of wrong/damaged items, we’ll arrange reverse pickup at no extra cost.
If return pickup is not available in your area, we’ll guide you on how to self-ship and reimburse eligible shipping charges (with proof).
